A dog’s life in Florida

From a dog’s view: Woof! As a dog living in Florida during the summer, I have to say it’s pretty ruff. The heat and humidity can be overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like I can’t stop panting, also the pavement can get very hot. But I’m the luckiest dog in the world. My pawrents always put ice cubes in my water bowl and man is that refreshing. They also bought me totally cool shoes, so my little paws don’t burn. Did you know when the temperature is 86 degrees asphalt can reach 135 degrees? But there are some perks too – like going for a dip in the pool or playing with the hose in the backyard. It’s not my favorite season, but I’m still the luckiest pup in town!
